SPORT ZONE

Summer Youth Camp 2008!

SPORT ZONE is a unique sports camp that gives your son or daughter an introduction to five different sports through clinics taught by our dedicated and experienced "coaches"! Local athletes may be attending certain clinics to be a part of your child's training!

Skill-building, teamwork, and LOTS OF FUN will promote team unity within the camp and increase your child's self-confidence. All of this AND MORE...

SPORT ZONE offers a blend of traditional summer camp activities. Our "camptivities" include:

Every week SPORT ZONE will plan "camptivities" and games pertaining to the color theme week. Each week will feature sports clinics on Softball**PLUS two (2) other sports:

June 24th* - Earth Awareness Week - GO GREEN!

Sports include Softball**, Soccer, and Volleyball

June 30th* - Red, White, and Blue Week - GO USA!

Sports include Softball**, Kickball, and Flag Football

July 7th - Crazy Races Week - GO ORANGE!

Sports include Softball**, Soccer, and Kickball

July 14th - Crawling Critters Week - GO BROWN!

Sports include Softball**, Volleyball, and Flag Football

July 21st - Fun in the Sun Week - GO YELLOW!

Sports include Softball**, Flag Football, and Kickball

July 28th - Red Flag Week - GO RED!

Sports include Softball**, Soccer, and Volleyball

August 4th - Water Adventure Week - GO BLUE!

Sports include Softball**, Flag Football, and Soccer

August 11th - Sportsmanship Week - GO BRONZE!

Sports include Softball**, Kickball, and Volleyball

August 18th - Reach for the Stars Week - GO SILVER!

Sports include Softball**, Soccer, and Flag Football

August 25th - Be Your BEST Week - GO GOLD!

*Pro-Rated for a four (4) day week - Registration Fee: $140 / Lunch $20

DAY CAMP HOURS: 9AM - 4PM

Minimum Age Requirement: Five (5) Years

Camper Registration Fee: $175 per weekly session* (Includes T-shirt)

Application Fee: $25 (One-time Fee, Non-Refundable)

Deposit Required: $25 per child/week (Applied to Registration Fee)

ABOUT OUR STAFF

Our Camp Director, Heather Schulte-Vice, has over 15 years of camp staff experience with Camp NaCOAra - a camp for children from homes affected by alcohol and/or drug dependency issues and sponsored by DePaul (formerly known as The Health Association). 10 of these years have been served in an Administrative capacity. We are fortunate to have her and excited that she has chosen SPNY. Our Assistant Camp Director, Head Coaches, and Coaches represent a combination of teachers, professionals, interns, and talented young adults. They are ALL excited to be in the
